How the whole think works:
The contest will be open to participants between February 12, 2010 and March 15, 2010. In that time, you can create and enter as many designs as your little heart desires. Once you've entered a design -- and it's been approved -- you will have 15 days to rally as many votes as possible. Bug everyone you know, and some that you don't, but just make sure that you do it within the 15-day window.

On April 1, 2010, the top ten finalists, as determined by number of votes, will be posted for a second round of public voting that will last another 15 days. Once that's over, those ten designs will be reviewed by an exclusive judging panel made up of very important people like Toyota team owners, Toyota drivers and media personalities. They'll look for originality, feasibility, creativity, and anything else that they deem important before ultimately making the final decision on a grand prize winner: Which will hopefully be you.
