Dodge went plum crazy with the new 2010 Dodge Challenger RT and SRT8 models. Mopar now gives the choice of going with the classic plum crazy pearl coat. This is a color previously used on classic Dodge Challenger.

The suggested retail price of the 2010 Dodge Challenger RT in plum crazy pearl coat is $35,140. If you want the plum crazy pearl coat on your SR8 Challenger it's going to run $44,155. Personally I love the old color on the new 2010 Dodge Challenger. The Challenger needed a kick, I think Mopar did it with this color, it gives the muscle car a kind of pzazz to it. I would love to see this new plum color with Dodge's new performance appearance package with the massive hood scoop, I bet it would look mean as hell!
