2005 Ford Mustang GT-R Concept Wallpaper

If you're looking for a new wallpaper for your desktop computer, well check this cool picture out. This is a picture of a 2005 Ford Mustang GT-R Concept, by reading the previous post you've probably realized that I'm a big fan of the concept Mustang. In fact I think it's the best muscle car concept ever created. It's just so sad Ford never produced these babies! I think someone dubbed this 2005 Mustang GT-R Concept in the cool garage type atmosphere with photoshop. But hey, who cares if it's fake! It still looks cool as hell!

Favorite Concept: Ford Mustang GT-R Concept

My favorite muscle car concept ever is the 2005 Mustang GTR. The custom Mustang was inspired by the famous Grabber Orange Mustang Boss 302 back in 1970. All the custom body work done to the 2005 Mustang GTR was just superb! I particularly love the mesh grille, it really shows of the Mustang horse logo and the radiator fans. On some cars that would look awful, but since the radiator is highly polished metal it looks really neat. The hood is very unique in it's own right too, I just love the hood bump. While most Mustang fans would ask for a big hood scoop, the bump in the hood allows for a good suttle appearance.

The custom high polished wheels are sleek and clean looking, they flow well with the unique body styling of the Mustang. The side pipes on this car really bring out the looks, have you ever seen twin tips like that on a muscle car before? They look absolutely sweet! Truly everything Ford did with the car was a success.

Underneath the hood of the Mustang GTR is a 440 horsepower cammer crate engine by Ford Racing. Just a little tune job and this engine can produce around 500 horsepower, now isn't that an upgrade! It's just sad Ford never produced this muscle car, because I would of definitely bought one. There's truly nothing like it, it makes me wonder who currently owns this concept. I just hope the current owner has it tucked away somewhere nice and occasionally drives it. A muscle car like this needs to be shown! It will definitely go down in muscle car history as one of the nicest concepts ever produced.

Nelly’s 2011 DUB Edition Wide Body Mustang

Ford and Nelly have teamed up to debut one of the hottest muscle car on the market, it's the 2011 DUB Edition Ford Mustang GT. The custom aftermarket Mustang is featuring a glossy black paint job along with flat black racing stripes. But what a lot of Mustang enthusiasts are gawking at is the custom wide-body kit, this is the first wide-body modification on the 2011 Mustang. Other cools mods include 24 inch TIS modular wheels and Pirelli tires, Eibach springs, tinted taillights, custom hood scoop and a Borla catback exhaust system. It doesn't stop there though, Nelly has hooked this car up 12 inch subwoofers and amps to bump his favorite sounds. Anyone in their right mind would love to have this custom muscle car in there garage!

2010 Dodge Viper Awarded Best Curves

Instead of professional critics depicting the the car of best curves, Detroit chose 100 consumer minded Detroit News readers. The winner of the 2010 North American Auto Show was the 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10. While I'm not surprised at all, others may argue, but take a look at the car. What do you think? I think it's well deserved, everything on the muscle car is sweet. The custom fins in the hood, the chrome 10 spoke wheels, the massive hood scoop, and the piercing viper eye headlights. The car just screams muscle, Mopar really couldn't of done any better with it.

Synergy Special Edition Green Camaro

Chevy has just come out with a special edition Camaro, it's called the Synergy Camaro. It's offered in an electric green colored paint job. It's based off the 1LT Camaro, featuring a 3.6L V6 making 304 horsepower. Other unique features other than the cool green paint job is a custom spoiler, standard 19 inch wheels, and sterling silver painted wheels wrapped in P245/50R19 tires. If you're interested the Synergy package only starts at $26,790, but the muscle car will be produced in limited quantities from February through May. I really can't wait to see this baby out on the street!

Xenon Camaro Modifications

Aftermarket company Xenon has just come out with some custom body styling scoops for the 2010 Camaro. The scoops kind of remind me of the 1967 GT500 Mustang, I think that's what Xenon was striving for. Except in this case I think the scoops are a little too much for the Camaro, kind of giving the Camaro the ricer effect. But hey, if you like them go for it. I do like the quarter panel scoop, other than that the other scoops are a little too much. Good news is these scoops offer easy installation, limited lifetime warranty and all the necessary installation hardware and prep.

2011 Mustang GT Daytona 500 Pace Car

Good news on the Ford front, the 2011 Ford Mustang GT is being named the official pace car for the Daytona 500 this year. This is the first time in 40 years Ford had a car at the track, the Mustang will be showing off Ford's new 5.0L V8 engine. The 5.0L is making 412 horsepower while delivering 25 mpg on the highway, not a bad deal for a big V8 engine. Seems Ford has really improved their technology.

Back to the Mustang pace car, it will be featuring a one of a ckind Dayton 500 paint job. Mods include a Ford Racing suspension, strut tower brace and mufflers, unique painted wheels, and special interior treatment, including specially branded lit sill plates. I can't wait to see the sweet 2011 Mustang at the track!

2008 Chevy Corvette Limited Edition

To help out Haition Earthquake Relieve Fund, GM will be auctioning of this limited edition 2008 Chevrolet Corvette this weekend at the Barrett-Jackson Auction. All of the money will going towards the fund, along with the GM's $100,000 contribution. This is a very compassionate gifts for the Haitians, just wish other auto companies would do the same.

This limited edition Corvette was the last of the 427 cars built. Under the hood is a 7.0L V8 making 505 horsepower, outside is custom spider design ZO6 wheels, and a stinger-style stripe on the hood. This Corvette was signed and numbered in the center console by plant manager Will Cooksey. Look for it when it goes up on the Barrett-Jackson auction block.
